Resistance
To vary the resistance, simply slide the weight along the rod and lock it in correspondence with the lasered metric number that indicate the equivalent in kg. The increase in load can be by grams. The more the weight is locked close to the handle, the greater the resistance.
L’aumento del carico può essere millimetrico. Più il peso è bloccato vicino all’impugnatura maggiore è la resistenza.
Features
Features
POWERUP consists of two stainless steel rods, each fixed to a biaxial joint, on which two weights can be locked in different points, so as to vary the resistance thanks to LITE’s patent-pending mechanism.
To perform exercises with POWERUP, simply select and then move the ergonomic handles attached to the ends of the steel rods. As when using traditional landmines, the resistance progressively decreases during the lifting of the rod. This is due to the fact that as the working angle varies, the intensity of the force vector component perpendicular to the ground also changes.
In addition to making the execution of exercises safer than with free weights, training with landmine allows you to apply forces against resistances that are not perpendicular to the ground (the rods move along a circumference) and can be particularly useful to perform pushing, pulling and rotating movements at sport-specific angles.
